Which suggests that the C Suite gives orders but does not really grasp what this is all about. And that boards’ commitment is by lipservice. 4/250 have blogs, 25/250 use Twitter. And the point about this revolutionary thing we call “social” is that you need to engage it directly.You can’t just hire someone to do it for you. It’s like saying you’re sorry.
